My normal working surface is this awesome vintage cat tray with velox over it...gee, you can't see the awesome cat! I finally finished that bracelet that's on the tray (ran out of beads, the bead store sold out of them too..)
This necklace is an idea I've had for a LONG time. Sterling chain, wire with a faceted smoky quartz bead. It doesn't hang as well as I'd like, but it still makes me smile.

I love the black bracelet (already told you that) and I look forward to seeing the pendant draped around your neck. By the way, even as I type (keyboard?), I am wearing the orange and blue earrings you gave me.
